(NY, NY) Lines: 10 Approved: laser-lovers@washington.arpa Does anybody know of any monospaced fonts, preferably sans-serif, other than Courier that are available for the LaserWriter (either in ROM, or in dowloadable PostScript form)? We often want to set up figures that require the columns to line up, but many people around here consider Courier to be ugly. Troff's constant-space mode is even worse. Something like the IBM Selectric "Orator" is what we're looking for. It seems that all the effort in font design is going into proportionaly spaced fonts. I guess that's where the money is.
