In particular slanted letters and appropriate Greek characters for equations. Kellerman and Smith of Portland, Oregon provide an excellent version for the Mac and it is marketed by Addison-Wesley and called "TeXtures". It supports the laserwriter and comes with a complete set of bit-mapped fonts (which look better than the laserwriter built-in fonts). dgc David G.
