For anybody out there who has to make width tables for character widths
on an Apple LaserWriter, note that the character widths for a
"...-Oblique" font always seem to be identical to the base font, whereas
the widths for "...-Italic" fonts are always different from the widths
of the base font.  So, for example, a line of text printed in Helvetica
or Optima will be exactly the same length as a line of text printed in
Helvetica-Oblique or Optima-Oblique, respectively.
