CRAY, CYBER, IBM and probably others all have something like this. I can't find anything either in VMS or the Fortran debugger which will produce something useful. Show proc/continuous will show you the PC, but you have to store the output and then match it up with a map of the program, which is a lot of work and may not produce very good results.
