Does anybody know of a native implementation of Small-C that runs on a VAX
(and how I might get a copy)?  Does the Decus-C compiler run in native
mode, or is the PDP-11 emulator required?

As you might guess, I'm trying to get a C for the VAX (running VMS) without
requiring my managers approval (and money)...
