I've been wanting to make some entries in TERMTABLE.TXT for some other
terminals we have here at the university.  There is little to no documentation
that I can find on the details of this file or using SMGBLDTRM to create
the TERMTABLE.EXE file from it (I stumbled upon that routine after a little
poking around).  

Anybody know WHERE there exists any info on TERMTABLE setups???  Any clues wouldbe appreciated.
