Two requests:
  (1)  I seem to recall the existence of a program that logs off users
       who are inactive for a specified period of time . . . could
       someone please point me in the right direction ==>>
  (2)  Is there a version of the XMODEM file transfer package publicly
       available for VMS, and if YES how do I go about obtaining it?
