Summary: please fix this gateway, whoever owns it

Some BITNET gateway somewhere is posting messages with the identical,
useless subject line `File: "INFO-VAX MAIL" being sent to you'.  Would
whoever owns this gateway please fix it?  It is truly annoying to try
to get a subject listing of 35 new messages and have half of them
claiming the same useless subject, meaning I have to read them individually.

Here is a sample header from an offending message:
