It should include a current GKS set and a group of higher level routines that allow 2-D, 3-D, halftones, contours, and the usual other desired features such as a choice of fonts. It should run under VMS 4.4 (soon to be 4.5?), and be able to output to at least an LN03+ and the VT240's; imagen would be a plus. Cost: under $3000? Does anyone have any recommendations?
