Can anybody tell me how to change my default directory from within a FORTRAN 
program?  I have not been able to find a LIB$ or SYS$ call to do it.  Please
send replies directly to me, as I do not receive Info-VAX directly.  I will 
forward anything that works to Info-VAX.
