Due to Arpanet congestion and the number of BITNET recipients the
WISCVM site will be limiting the number of recipients that a message
can be sent to.  What does this mean?  It means that the BITNET
sites need to find a BITNET site that is willing to redistribute
the info-vax mailing list to other BITNET sites.

What I am asking for are volunteers, sites that are willing to
redistribute/maintain the list of BITNET recipients.  If there
are no volunteers I will be forced to remove ALL BITNET sites
from the list.
