Subject: WISCVM Arpa/BITNET Mail Relay Congestion

Here a suggestion I just read in the recent Kermit-Info.
A first step to reduce traffic on WISCVM:
 If there is duplication in the Info-VAX list subscribers on Bitnet-sites
 (hosts that appear more than once or twice), these subscribers at those hosts
 could arrange to combine themselves into a local redistribution list.
