I once had a copy of the New Music Distribution Service catalog (the orange one, with the artwork depicting little pins dancing around). I found a couple of albums I wanted to buy but before I got a chance to buy them my roommate, thinking that the catalog was some sort of perverted sex manual, threw it out. I just got the update of the catalog but it doesn't have the order numbers for the albums I wanted to buy. So if one or two of you who have the catalog could send me the numbers for all the LPs/EPs by a band called OTHER MUSIC (described as a sort of psuedo-gamelan Bay Area-based band), I'd be a happy man. I also need the prices, since I forgot what they were. I wouldn't be doing this except for the fact that I can't find any Other Music LPs around here, even given that I live in Berkeley, an acknow- ledged mecca for alternative music. Oh yeah. If any of you have actually HEARD anything by Other Music, drop me a note (or send it to L-H). I'd like to have some idea of what they sound like other than NMDS's description. thanks %%Rob
