It is definitely true that "Don't Give Up" has been released as a single
in England.  I own it, and it is currently in the British Top-10.  I've
was told a while ago that it wasn't going to be released in the US,
because Kate isn't popular enough here for it to significantly boost
sales.  I don't know whether or not this is still true.
