Anyone know who these GODFATHERS are?  I picked up an import 12" of
theirs (I assume, then, they're English?) and they really sound
like they could make a good SOUL ASYLUM or REPLACEMENTS cover band
(but only if they loosen up a little...).  Anyone else agree?  Didn't
MELODY MAKER say they were good or something?

Maybe if they try hard enough, they can sound like the BUTTHOLE SURFERS.
