TextLock: Locks Applications in Core
  Textlock is a memory resident utility which locks the text section
  of a program into memory, not allowing it to be "swapped out".  Textlock
  goes beyond the "sticky bit" being set on a program, yielding increased
  performance on an application which is frequently used.
  TextLock is available for swap based 3B2 UNIX (System V Release 2.0.*).
