Not yet. NETBLT is an *experiment* in high-speed bulk data transfer. It works best over long-delay, high-bandwidth (i.e. satellite) networks, although it gives very good performance on othre networks as well. Although a proposed spec is available, we are actively discouraging people from implementing it until we decide whether or not the experiment works. We are currently testing NETBLT over the Wideband network with fairly good results, but a lot of work needs to be done tuning the spec before anyone can use NETBLT.
