This months American Rifleman has a report on the new Federal Gun Law reform which goes into effect on Nov. 15th and states "Except for armor piercing ammunition and for those engaged in the business of manufacturing or importing ammunition, ammunition is no longer regulated by federal law. This means ammunition can now be shipped and received without the need for an FFL. However, U.S. Postal service regulations snf other shipping rules, particularly with application to combustibles and explosives, must still be ovserved." A question - anyone have any opinions on the Dillon Square Deal reloader? I'm considering purchasing a reloader and this model looks like it would meet my needs. thanks...Rich Cower -------
