I'd like to get a quality car (e.g. MB,BMW,Porsche or Saab), about 5-10 yers old and have ~5K$ to spend. I would appreciate some advice on: what's a good car to buy (within the aforementioned parameters), how to go about buying it, then getting it shipped back, and how much of a hassle and expense it is to get the car modified for US standards (&esp. Calif. emissions). Please post or e-mail. Thanks. Ziv Ran ziv%ucrmath.uucp@sdcsvax.ucsd.edu
