Well, yesterday I said Ross Miller was taking mod.psi, but last night
it changed hands again.  The new/official moderator of mod.psi is
Erich Rickheit, aka rickheit@ulowell.{UUCP,CSNET}.

As before, this shouldn't matter too much, since submissions should
go to mod-psi@ulowell and administrivia goes ro mod-psi-request@ulowell.
