No, it certainly is not the right word. The opposite of 'allow' is 'forbid', therefore, you were looking for forbidden. Putting 'dis' in front of words is a habit used by lazy american politicians - such as 'disinvestment' rather than 'divestment'. Maybe NEWS 2.12 should have a modiffied version of spell included, so that it rejects such terrible attrocities committed against the english language ! Philip
