Since most "expreienced" posters can circumvent the 50% rule easily, this probably won't tell you much as to who has 2.11 installed. Seems to me a better way would have been to implement a control message (like senduuname), let's call it ``sendversion'', that would return the the value of the NEWS_VERSION string.
