For some strange reason each of
/usr/lib/news/{log,history,errlog,history.d/[0-9]} and the vnews
prompt is exactly four days fast since the advent of news 2.11's
implementation.  I don't know how or why, or for that matter if it
makes any difference - but it is mildly annoying.

Does any one out there have any similar experience or more to the
point does anyone have (or can suggest a) fix??
