I am looking for US (or elsewhere!) suppliers of very small quantities of the 
following chips [for development work]. The local suppliers all insist on 
minimum orders of 10-15 pcs and delivery times of 8-10 weeks. 

If anyone has had positive experiences with particular suppliers then please 
let me know. Suppliers who take Mastercard or similar and have quick turnaround 
are preferred.
