I am looking desperately for a public domain statistics package to run on
some (any!!) version of UNIX or PC/MS-DOS.

Minimally, I need to do MANOVAS (Multi-way ANOVAS), Multiple Linear Regressions,
and Factor and Descriminant Analysis. 

I am VERY HAPPY to port ANYTHING written in C.
