We just installed BSD4.3 and encountered a problem with terminals connected
to dmf32's.  If a terminal is in smooth scroll, 4.3 will retransmit some
output (as if XON/OFF isn't working).  If the terminal is in jump scroll,
4.3 simply drops characters.  The terminals connected to our dz11's work
fine.  This problem did not exist under 4.2bsd.  Does anyone have a fix for
this?
