Has anyone figured out how to do this from a Unipress Emacs shell window without echoing the password? Also, at other times in the past, when I've tried to invoke 'su' inside a shell window, the 'su' process would be immediately suspended. Then when I tried to kill the job, I was informed that I didn't own it, so I couldn't kill it. Sound familiar to anyone? Please mail me your responses, and I'll summarize, at a later date, what I receive. Thanks.
