A bug in diff resulted in incorrect differences from 18.35 to 18.36.
Two files, scribe.el and x-menu.el, lacked a final newline in 18.35
but had one in 18.36.  diff thought that the entire last line had
been inserted in 18.36 and generated output to say so.

As a result, if you got diff-18.35-18.36 from prep before this minute
and ran it through patch, you probably caused the last lines of
scribe.el and x-menu.el to be duplicated.

The file diff-18.35-18.36 has been corrected on prep.
