Can anyone tell me how to make LaTeX print only selected pages
of a document? It becomes very wasteful of time, toner, and
paper to print entire documents when one is trying to get one
or two pages looking right or one is changing a few pages without
doing anything to affect pagination.

Is there a command line parameter similar to "troff -o.."?

Failing that, is there a command that can be embedded in the document?
