I am running ACIS 4.2 UNIX and there is NO IBM supported graphics on these displays. The device drivers have just enough to bit-blt text into the buffer and the board has too many magic registers that are used but not documented. What I am trying to do is port my distributed GKS system to the RT. I have ported the device-independent parts but can't do anything about the device- dependent server that drives the display. Any information or code (however hacked out it is) would be greatly appreciated. I have heard that Larry Weissman at the University of Washington has done some work in this area however, the I can't seem to get e-mail to him. If your reading this Larry, I like to hear from you.
