I have tried several times to get through to the XLISP mailing list
i.e.
info-xlisp-request@pt.cs.cmu.edu
and the moderator at
djz@spice.cs.cmu.edu
but have got no reply.  is it still operating, or am I doing something
wrong?.  Can anybody help?.  
Also, does anybody have any useful utilities written in XLISP - I
am especially interested in LISP editors, tools for managing objects etc.
