	In the back of the TI Scheme manual there is the 
following reference--

	Friedman, Haynes, Kohlbecker, and Wand.  "Fundamental
	Abstractions of Programming Languages and Their
	Implementations." PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE: ABSTRACTIONS
	AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATIONS. To appear.

Does anyone know anything about the paper or the book?  A
publisher or ISBN perhaps?

	Can anyone tell me how to order technical reports
from Indiana?  A number I could call for prices, an address ...
