	National Semiconductor is currently in the process of developing
a Modula-2 compiler for its Series 32000 microprocessors. The project
is expected to be completed sometime within the next year. We are having
some difficulty though, in locating any draft standards or standards 
that we may use as a reference when testing our compiler.

	In addition to standards, we are also particularly interested in 
making use of any test suites or large Modula-2 programs with which we 
might test our Modula-2 compiler.	

	If anyone can help us out in regard to any of these areas,
please reply via email.
