	I am fluent at pascal and just beginning to use
	Turbo Pascal <3.1> under MS-DOS 3.1.

	I would appreciate any information on how to do
	things like interface with MS-DOS.

	Clock/Calendar ; Prevent "Abort, Retry, Ignore" messages;
	Prevent "CTRL-ALT-DEL" from resetting the system; prevent
	"CTRL-BREAK" from stopping my program; and other such 
	information.

	I haven't done any thing like this before.  I am familiar
	with using Turbo Pascal but I dont have any idea about MS-Dos.

	I would appreciate any examples, instructions or comments.  If
	there are any ideas about good reference manuals I would
	appreciate hearing about those as well.
