I am looking for a reprint of the technical report 
	"A Subset of Concurrent Prolog and Its Interpreter" 
	by E. Shapiro, ICOT Tech. Report, TR-003 (1983).

I have the author's address at the Weizmann Inst., but am looking for
a quicker to get hold of the report than mailing a request.  Can
anyone help?
	
Also, I do not recall the name of the poster who was looking for a PD
Prolog in C, but I would very much appreciate hearing if he/she finds
one.  Thanks for any help,
