Due to some local mail problems, a couple of messages got sent many
times to some (but not all) Info-VLSI recipients.  It was not a mail
loop; the mailer lost so completely when trying to deliver a message
to one recipient that it forgot it had already delivered it to many
others, so during the next queue pass, it started all over.  I think
it is now cleared up.  Sorry.
