                          IEEE DESIGN & TEST SPECIAL ISSUE
                      PARALLEL PROCESSING FOR CAD APPLICATIONS

          The focus is on parallel and distributed implementations  of  CAE
          Tools.   Recent  developments  in  parallel machines have spurred
          much interest in exploiting such  technologies  for  accelerating
          CAE  applications.   Outstanding  papers addressing (but not res-
          tricted to) the following topics are needed;

              + Parallel & Distributed CAE Tools & Algorithms
              + General-purpose and Special-purpose parallel hardware
              + Partitioning, Synchronization and Communication Techniques
                for CAE applications.
