I've seen a lot of reference lately to the possibility of the NSA
running keyword analysis on network news and such, but I've never
seen a detailed discussion of the matter.  Is this discussion currently
happening in a newsgroup somewhere?  Would somebody please fill me in
on this topic?  Is there any literature on the subject, or is it basically
just (justifiable) paranoia?
