IBM's PascalVS (you know the 'official' Pascal for sys/370), while it doesn't REQUIRE Seq.Num.s, certainly requires that if you don't use them, you don't put anything else after col 72. And the latest version of that one came out just last summer!!! And you all thought we were moving forward... :-) S.
