I gave my block of paper to my mom.  She figured that the
notepaper would fall apart off the binding, so she trimmed
the plastic off the top, and left the rest of the plastic
wrap intact. 


BTW, the Washington USENIX Conference was terrific!  I'm looking
forward to buying the video tape of the technical sessions.
