I just called Prentice Hall (NJ) at 800-223-1360,
and ordered two copies of Tanenbaum's "Operating Systems:
Design and Implementations" title code #637405.

The lady I spoke with said there were $79.95 disk sets
("minix binaries and sources") associated with the book;
a 512K version, a 256-576K version and a 640K version.

The lady said the disk sets are listed as "future" meaning
Prentice Hall is not yet shipping them.
