Computing Ctr. Lines: 20 Keywords: tape back up I am interested in obtaining a tape back up unit for my AT&T 3b2. Ideally, I want a device which I can share with others in my department. They use other computers, such as Unix PC, IBM PC, Ridge. Therefore, what I want is something which can just be "plugged in" to any of these machines and then be used to do a back-up onto (for example) a cartridge tape. The RS-232 serial port would be fine (yes, I realize that would be slow, but I don't mind waiting over night). Also a Centronics parallel port is available on some of these machines (would that be faster?). I'd appreciate names of products and (if possible) addresses where I can get more information.
