    I've just received micro-emacs from the SIMTEL20 archives. The manuals
in the doc file are in something called "MicroSCRIBE" format (it says so
in the readme file).  Can someone point me to something that will process
this MicroSCRIBE format. I'm assuming that it's a text formatter or word
processor that I've not encountered before.
