However, we really do need some metrics to judge new products by. I have one particular product that I'm thinking of that I bought based on a couple of 'rave' reviews, yet it doesn't do what I expected. However, I won't bad-mouth the product because I now realize that I was led to expect something else by overly zealous (and quite likely inexperienced) reviewers. Though the product in mind is probably outstanding for its intended market, it doesn't meet my expectations at all. Mark
