Real subject: UUENCODE and decoding...

Can anyone please send me the program that does all the UUENCODE
and UUDECODE stuff?  Not only do I want it, but the computing
center here at Michigan Tech is looking for it.  We need to
decode a PD Kermit program for distribution.  (They collect
Kermit for all the computers they can find...)
If it is available for download on the Atari BBS, just say so
and I can get it from there if it is too much trouble to get
it another way.
