Hi out there in netland! I've just downloaded a program from a local
BBS called Copystar. It's written by someone in Germany (sorry, I'm
at school so I can't check the author's name) and it LOOKS very
nice. The problem is twofold:  it's in German, and I don't know if
it's legal.
  Since it's in German I'd like to post it to the net, and ask some
kind soul over in Europe to translate it. However, since it looks so
nice, I'm not sure whether it is in the Public Domain.
  So, could somebody write me if they know about this program, and
if it's legal, I will post it to the net, or mail it to anyone who
can translate it.
  Please forgive me if I am missing some obvious point of legality.
