I have a need to be able to read a DIF file from either FORTRAN or Pascal.
The DIF file contains daily stock information (i.e. volume, high, low,
close, etc.).  I am looking for one of the following: 1) a description
of the DIF format, 2) a reference to a description of the DIF format,
3) a commented code fragment that reads a DIF format.
