Summary: VT 100 emulation with Communications Mgr on a 6300+ keeps putting the machine into "panic abort" in EMACS with ^O

I have a 6300+ loaded with the Communications Mgr in UNIX*	

During various functions tied into emacs using VT100 emulation mode,
the 6300+ crashes with a "Panic Abort". That takes a Reset to restart
the machine. 

It'll happen everytime with a ^O (Insert lines). Anyone else ever see
this?

Is it bad memory driving the screen?
