Does anyone know the names of manufacturers of PC or AT boards that will capture a video frame, put the digitized image on a monitor, and allow you to interact with the image? We don't need high resolution or a large number of grey levels. What we do want is the ability to put a frame on the screen, move a cursor around on top of it and record coordinates of certain features. The input will be from a video recorder, so the ability to control the recorder's playback (choose frames, etc.) from the computer would be a plus. Ah, yes, the final point. I know of some really nice boards like AT&Ts Targa, but we're looking for something on the el cheapo side of reality. Thanks for any help. -Dean (dean@violet.berkeley.edu)
