Is it possible to write a timer interrupt routine (int 1C) in assembler
(and have it running under a program in STSC*APL*PC ??? (the 'background'
int 1c routine needs to send some data to the variables in APL!!!)
(Looks like impossible because the apl manual says the assembly routine
should end with RET F or int xx)
